Hello, I’m Angela Strong. I have been a tutor for the last 10 years. I love my job and love working with all the students that I have come across. Even if some days they make me want to pull my hair out.
Since being a tutor, I have learned many tips and tricks and want to make that information available to parents and other educators so that they can help their students succeed. I created this community to do just that.
I hope that this will be a place where you can come and get informed articles as well as resources for your children and/or your classroom.
Probably the most important thing that I have learned is that success begins early. The earlier that students are given the tools they need to succeed the better that they will do. Since I have learned these tools this community is also a place where tools for success are shared.
Lastly, I want to make the education process easy. I hope that in my posts and in this community you will find hope that your students can succeed. I hope that you will know that you are capable when you want to give up.
This is a group for teachers, tutors, and parents of K-12 students to be able to come together and learn more about how to help their students. It is also a place where you can share your experiences.

I am 29 years old and spend most of my days with my students, blogging, or hanging with my now-husband, who helped with a lot of the design of this website by the way. He is a graphic designer and you will find many of his works around here. When I am not working or blogging I enjoy playing board games, exercising, going to church, and riding roller coasters.
